“I've experienced chronic and increasing shoulder pain for 3 years. I was at the point where I couldn't reach overhead to hang up a robe on the back of the door or reach behind myself to put on a bra. I tried multiple rounds of physical therapy (each 2-4 months) to absolutely no reduction in pain or increase in range of motion. An MRI with contrast revealed nothing. A cortisone shot left me with a quarter-sized divot in my shoulder but offered no relief or healing. I was at the end of my rope when I turned to Dr. Basile at Health by Design.
